This individual, along with management regularly portrayed themselves as the most critical members of the team, despite relying exclusively on company-provided leads rather than generating their own business. Compounding this issue, managements behavior was consistently abrasive and unprofessional, creating a hostile and demoralizing work environment that made effective collaboration nearly impossible. At educational conferences, management was visibly intoxicated, which further undermined the company’s credibility and created a deeply uncomfortable professional atmosphere.
