- Lots of lovely people. - Production cared for the projects & well being of the staff if not a little to eager to jump on an "issue". - Head of Production is a credit to the industry was always as transparent as they could be. - Great outsourcing projects. - Outsourcing powerhouse as a studio.

- Toxic positivity. - Internal IP was a mess with bloated & aged tech. - CEO is a talker & micro manager. - Too much focus on AAA. - Departmental Management was poor. Any sort of creative discussions are thrown out and your labelled as difficult. - Hiring out people at a specific level when that person isn't at that level within the studio.

The SLT really care about their staff and work very hard to provide opportunities for new projects

Not many cons really, the environment is supportive and there are opportunities to work with high profile clients. Sometimes things take time to action but this is due to SLT working so hard.
