Management does not care about work-life balance; they set unreasonable tasks, no job movement unless you know someone, and working alone with juggling many aircraft by yourself. Expected to do your manager's job even though you're not the manager.

Be careful whom you trust. I have never met more dishonest management in my professional career. Be prepared to lose everything when going into business with these people.
