      24×7 work, no work life balance, no leaves, no job security, unethical management, they will harass you, just they don't abuse verbally but will make you go mad, don't go with the positive reviews..They ask their employees to post positive reviews on Social media

      Flinto has an effective team with great work culture. People are helpful & encouraging, never hesitate to offer support. As an ELC I got to work closely with Heena who is a talented team lead & serves an incredible mentor. Overall, Flinto is a great place to work
