Flexiant has the typical challenges, peculiarities and duress of a cash-tight smaller start-up that has been around for a few years before real ramp up.

I would also suggest you take time to look at their finance and see if they can actually afford you. While working there I was told that there was a few times where the company did not have the mean to pay salaries and it was resolved in the last second.
