Flexiant has the typical challenges, peculiarities and duress of a cash-tight smaller start-up that has been around for a few years before real ramp up.

The company even small does not work like a team. I would suggest anyone who is looking to work for Flexiant to make sure they get everything on paper if they even consider to work for the company. I would also suggest you take time to look at their finance and see if they can actually afford you. While working there I was told that there was a few times where the company did not have the mean to pay salaries and it was resolved in the last second.
