Pros

Most of the employees are young and there's a fresh atmosphere. The management provides snacks & drinks during the working hours, and benefits such as a free car for some days. Salary is average but "high" for a Greek company.

Kontras

First of all, the company is based on believers from the church of Saints Isidore on Lycabettus (Athens), which is known for a scandal about fake miracles. Most of these people have managerial positions, a terrible behavior and of course, nobody can make any complaints about them. All the others aren't skilled and they hold everyone behind. Also, most of the times, they try to recruit you to their church with subtle ways. If you're not near these people, if you don't believe, if you are from the LGBTQ+ community, if you don't agree and want to express your opinion, if you want to change a department but they don't and, in general, if you are different from what they like/want, they fire you or they don't treat you well. Most of the departments are treated like slaves, speaking and making jokes about work and nothing else, without a single prospect of development inside the company. Job ads are telling lies about the positions' responsibilities and their significance. Unfortunately, even though the working hours have changed, workload stacks in certain people which are forced to stay late or work on weekends to finish on time. Lastly, Covid restrictions weren't taken seriously and people were packed in small rooms during periods with high incidents. They want to monitor the employees, so they didn't easily allow remote working, and they didn't inform if there was an ill person in the same floor/department.

Salary slightly above market, just enough to distract you from the fact that you’re stepping into a corporate horror exhibit.

If you’re not a fully initiated member of the Isidorus Church of Lycabettus Sect, don’t even bother applying. Survival here depends on loyalty to the cult, not skill, intelligence, or common sense. Management philosophy: micromanage everything, intimidate everyone, and rebrand it as “leadership.” Daily life features routine threats of termination as a motivational tool, C-level managers serving as living proof that ignorance and incompetence can indeed climb the ladder, and a culture so toxic you’ll start wondering whether the stench is psychological or environmental. General mentality: audit the auditors and “lead” through perpetual fear and job insecurity. Advice for: - Entry-level: A compulsory rite of passage. Join if you want a firsthand education in what never to tolerate again. Consider it corporate boot camp for the soul, minus the honor. - Mid–Senior level: Avoid with religious devotion. You’ll hemorrhage time, corrode your career, and leave questioning whether basic human decency was ever more than a rumor. Exit while fragments of sanity still remain. - C-level: Perfect fit. You’re already fluent in the dialect. (You’re one of them right?)
