Tech department had an awesome culture, great reimbursement and perks. A really friendly and welcoming bunch.

Senior leadership didn't trust anyone, practices nepotism and was unhesitant to remove staff they didn't like. Not under-performers: quite the opposite. Created a culture of "love us or else". Tech was forced into months of unsustainable crunch time where any idea of the CEO or CMO had to be completed as quickly as possible and then half of the team was made redundant.
