Pros
A lot of the people working at Fitch Group are extremely nice and welcoming. I felt like I was welcome from day one, and that was not what I was expecting working for a NY based company. From a business perspective there is a ton of up side and opportunity both in addressable market and process improvement.
Kontras
When I was there I was receiving pressure to relocate to NYC. That seemed very tone deaf given I could get to the office faster by plane than others living in Queens (for example). Given the success they have seen in the ratings side it is extremely difficult to get change to take place. That coupled with unrealistic timelines made it a difficult place to work.
