Nearly everything. I wish I had gone on here to see these reviews because I trusted the person who interviewed me and they were very misleading. I would have never left my other job for this had I known the truth. The companies main problems start at the top because those people are protected no matter what they do or say and some of the things I've heard they've done are awful and disgusting. There's a big divide between most divisions and the tension is not professional but no one does anything about it except pretend it's not there. If you want to be in the industrial ergonomics industry, the competitors are much better to their employees and most are growing. FFW has been losing accounts and employees like crazy the last year or two so I would strongly suggest you look elsewhere.

Pros

Worked at my own pace Documentation software helps speed up notes Thoroughly enjoyed working with employees at their jobsites and in the clinic to recover from musculoskeletal aches and pains.
