Management is very focused on the well being and a smooth day to day operation. One of the best places I've ever worked on. Great people top to bottom, honest feedbacks, they communicate everything that is going on, very relaxed and positive environment you can grow inside the company and the work life balance is great.

Honestly none. The only reason I'm not there anymore is due to the strikes we lost some projects and unfortunately i was let go and I took the opportunity to try something that I wanted to try for a long time. If wasn't for the event, very likely I still be there.
