Good place to Start but very INCONSISTANT - Customer Service Associate (EFT) bei Fiserv: Mitarbeiterbewertung

Leadership is inconsistant at best. One team's supervisor bends the rules one way, the other team's does not. Brown-nosing is at an all time high in this department (EFT). Temprature in the building is either way too hot or way too cold. Scheduling for breaks/lunches is done by computer in another state so breaks and lunches are always all over the place, particularly for 2nd and 3rd shift employees.
