The work life balance is outstanding, which is something i value deeply. leadership encourages flexibility and understands the importance or maintaining personal well being alongside professional responsibilities. I have also seen people climb the ranks from agent, to support to team manager myself included.
What also stands out is the camaraderie among colleagues. Everyone gets along well and there's a strong team spirit that makes collaboration easy and enjoyable. The pay is competitive and the benefits package is fantastic - Simplyhealth for example has been a real bonus.
