Pros

Not much of work in the process that i worked and had ample salary which i would consider good as it was mostly a mailing process

They just keep asking you to extend and work even on public holidays even if there is no work really . The HR payroll department is damm bad they do not know how to calculate salary and only give lame reasons to your lessened salary. The greatest sarcasm is they even cut money for the sweet boxes they buy on diwali from our salary . So if you work in firstsource and get a sweet box on diwali be rest assured the amount of the sweet box will be deducted from your salary.

Remote, Company provides equipment, No Weekends. Gain your experience and move on!

People with higher education do not succeed with this company. Peanut shells for pay (not the whole peanut) with expensive “benefits”. Very much ran on favoritism. Some leaders micro manage to the point of not wanting to clock in to a remote position, yet take zero initiative in training you at any time during your onboarding. Equipment is subpar. Beware of the HIPAA violations!!!!!
