Lovely staff, they have decent hours

It’s an outsourcing company, contracts get pulled all the time and cause people to be made redundant however when you find a new job because of the redundancy they then take the redundancy pay off the table and refuse to pay it

None. Deadful company. Stay away

Everything. They do not speak english very well ( India based). They cut your pay if you do not meet quality or quantity matrix. As one of the highest producers,I exceeded my numbers every week. 1 week i was not feeling well my pay went from 18 to 6 an hour.
