Pros

I worked with 3 Lucknow based companies so far and found that FirstWire Apps is the best of them all. I list down the following reasons: 1 - CEO is an experienced person who has worked with large Indian and MNC companies like TCS, CGI etc, so he is always keen on professionalism and growth. There is no small city like mentality. Also we have a branch in Bangalore and work with colleagues from Bangalore. This gives us a good exposure. 2 - They are trying to implement all International standards like 5 days-a week work, proper appraisal process, fun activities etc. 3 - We were allowed to WFH for the last 2 years due to pandemic. 4 - Good Culture and supporting seniors 5 - Good USA/UK based projects

Kontras

You will need to take the proper responsibility of the project. If you are doing any part time work like doing part time MBA or preparing for any test etc then you will not get enough time.

Pros

I have been working at First Wire Apps as a Digital Marketing Executive for the past 2 years, and my experience has been fantastic. The work environment is professional and growth-oriented. Salaries are always on time, and the company works exclusively with foreign clients, handling a diverse range of projects, including SEO, SMO, paid ads,, email marketing and more. The senior team is supportive and always ready to help. Highly recommended.

You will have learning exposure to Shopify,Wordpress

Pay is less, Too much micromanagement, u can be fired any day if you dont soot ur managers

Completely fabricated and false story. We do not fire anyone for filmy reasons. For example we did not fire a single employee during covid times, which was really a bad time for the company where company was making losses. There is a policy to not fire anyone and make sure that they get some or other projects. We need to take a hard decision to let someone go only in the following situations: 1 - Consistently bad performance for 1 year, even after giving multiple warnings 2 - Indiscipline in terms of language, or client handling. In all cases, a written or oral warning is given 3 months in advance. We are hiring mor employees and there is no reason to fire anyone if they are performing fine. We strive to provide the best work culture and all employees are open to provide their constructive feedback to management in this manner
