Okay for recent grads, short-term job before transitioning to a better role - Research Associate bei FirstThought: Mitarbeiterbewertung

The management were shady and manipulative. They acted like a "friend" instead of keeping the work relationship professional. They were nosey and this was a big pet peeve for me b/c when it was time for me to ask for PTO/mental health breaks, all of a sudden they were cold and would use what I had shared against me. Middle management is also always running around like a chicken with their heads cut off. They micro-manage everything because they are on the hook for the success of projects, and blamed when things don't work out.
