Pros
Decent salary (when i was working there) for after undergrad, lovely & supportive coworkers, easy work with little to no experience needed to do well
Kontras
NO job security, condescending and shady leadership, no transparency in communication/decisions that will directly affect you, pay cuts, expectation for overtime work, lack of diversity, hypocritical expectations/rules, no WHF at all, and your "unlimited PTO" will result in shaming and pressure from upper management. Lastly, your performance and ability to succeed is almost completely determined by luck (the chance of someone opening/responding to your spam emails). This company is a sinking ship and my advice to anyone currently or considering working there- find the nearest exit. This company is barely functional. You have leadership that expects 9.5-10 hours a day out of you for 5 days a week (no WFH flexibility), tosses employees out like pawns, has no HR/feedback mechanism, an insane metrics-driven, frat-like celebratory culture, and feels a lot like a strange corporate cult. There is little to no research or STEM experience needed or relevant to this job. Your role is to make cold calls, send 100s of mass emails a day and sell a service.
