Processes are antiquated and bogged down with redundancy. There's no contingency planning for call offs, vacations, resignations, or anything else that may create a staffing shortage. Organizational efficiency is a joke. At times, it seems like everything is being held together with bubble gum. You're only allowed to have an opinion if it's the right opinion. If you don't just "go with the grain," you're putting a target on your back. And if that's not enough, it's blatantly obvious that management just doesn't care about their people in the branches...
