Where do I start... The call centre is run by emotionless headless chickens. Their current staff turnover is absolutely astonishing, with management staff and absent advisor staff dropping like flies. They’re always recruiting, spending just over 1 week training new staff and rushing them onto starting properly, following this start, there are very harsh and critical on new staff. They are more than ready to fail staff on absolutely anything. It is almost impossible to receive any recognition for work, let alone good and outstanding work that gets done. MANAGEMENT- Now this is a topic I could go on forever about, the management in that place is absolutely ridiculous. They run an absence company but have no empathy to their own employees who might fall absent. With a rule of - if you are late, you can not request over time for another 4 weeks (due to change to 8-12 weeks). They are emotionless to any real life issues that can be happening on the outside of work. A business needs to be run, but not like this. This “business” is due to run straight into the ground. Staff progression is an very enticing field that every person would love to explore and that’s where they will catch you, they advertise staff progression when you are outside of the business but when you are employed,You are definitely staying the position you originally applied for. If you are lucky, or shall I say unlucky to move positions, they will come down on you like a ton of bricks and extend your probation until they have found someone externally to fill your boots. Worst company, I could really go on.
