Pros
They have invested a lot of time money and resources back into the company. Developers are on site and accessible. Software is evolving to help you. There is also great training to help you evolve your sales process. Chris the brokerage trainer was great and invested in his employees success. Overall I would have liked to stay there but my circumstances at home wouldn't allow it.
Kontras
The only thing I would have liked is being able to work hybrid. To some degree I understand having everyone in house but I found at times it could be difficult to have a conversation with a prospect with people talking all around me. The only other con I had was with the initial onboarding. I submitted paperwork several times and then found out my benefits hadn't been applied. Learning how to access my paystub and online portal was something I had to be proactive about to getting access to.
