My mentor was amazing! Always looks out for me and made sure to have my back. The pay is reasonable and above the minimum wage. Unfortunately women aren’t treated or paid the same way as men

Once FSE went corporate this place had gone downhill. So sad to see such wonderful people be treated so poorly by upper management. Upper management is way over paid and lower level management, specifically women are hung out to dry.
