Pros

The thought of supporting great customers in a fast-paced environment with the ability to grow and flourish. Great break room amenities along with a game area for taking away stress (if you ever have time to enjoy a minute of solitude in either areas).

Kontras

Poor operational execution and team leadership by inexperienced and challenged management teams. Limited resources and over-worked employees. Poor internal communication and customer service within service divisions. No process or organizational development models.

Pros

Originally was employed by a growing company, with a work life balance, and everyone got the job done - overall friendly environment. Worked for the company for over 2 years. Loved every minute BEFORE the FSN/FM acquisition.

New Execs all over: Strategy, Human Resources, Operations, Finance, Marketing cant keep anyone. High turnover across the company. The CEO is all about himself. Picks and chooses who he wants on his team and who he will acknowledge in the hallway. New management across the board to make him feel better about his 6 figure income while everyone else slaves to make the company money. Picks and chooses when bonuses will be paid and makes sure not everyone gets them even when its earned. Losing clients due to the new process not being the best investment, the process/programs aren't working and no one can acknowledge that even when the red flags were all over place when it first started. No training that is consistent nationally. There should be a plan in place - Training is horrible! Benefits are horrid to say the least. Insurance costs a fortune and no company match on the 401k. IT department is lacking direction. No consistency, constant errors, nightmare!
