Pros

Pros: you're employed and contributing to the economy.

Kontras

Everything else. Long workday with no overtime for salaried workers. Terrible medical insurance -- takes a big chunk of your paycheck. 401K is not good and not matched. A lot of turn over in the company. Vendors that your forced to work with are not paid on time. About a 190 day turn over. Customers are not getting what they pay for but are kept in the dark about it. This company and the parent company need to be investigated.

Pros

Originally was employed by a growing company, with a work life balance, and everyone got the job done - overall friendly environment. Worked for the company for over 2 years. Loved every minute BEFORE the FSN/FM acquisition.

New Execs all over: Strategy, Human Resources, Operations, Finance, Marketing cant keep anyone. High turnover across the company. The CEO is all about himself. Picks and chooses who he wants on his team and who he will acknowledge in the hallway. New management across the board to make him feel better about his 6 figure income while everyone else slaves to make the company money. Picks and chooses when bonuses will be paid and makes sure not everyone gets them even when its earned. Losing clients due to the new process not being the best investment, the process/programs aren't working and no one can acknowledge that even when the red flags were all over place when it first started. No training that is consistent nationally. There should be a plan in place - Training is horrible! Benefits are horrid to say the least. Insurance costs a fortune and no company match on the 401k. IT department is lacking direction. No consistency, constant errors, nightmare!
