I have work at FPS for about a year. I have always had great services from my supervisor and others in the company. The work sometimes has long days if we are shot on personnel. Which happens at any company. It’s a great retirement job for me. Hope to stay many years. My experience with my supervisors have always been a positive one. They continue to work with me on any issues that I may have.

I have no issues with the company it’s supervisor or the training I received. The CPL. trained me as he does for all the new employee. It takes time to make sure all the new hires are up to speed and know the job.
Low pay.
Crappy benefits.
Advertises a position that is not even available then offers a position with much lower pay. Poor and inadequate training procedures for SOP. They expect you to figure it out yourself. “Call me if you have any questions” then they don’t answer the call or advise on appropriate procedures.
