Fun and friendly coworkers & upper management, very organized (but not restricting). Genuinely the most healthy and fun work environment I have had the pleasure of being a part of!

Pay could be better, but it isn't horrible either! Everything else about the job makes up for it.

When working for a good manager, the job is fantastic. When trust is given that employees are working hard, the lack of micromanagement alleviates the anxiety of day to day politics within the workplace.

Each department has different management styles. I’ve worked in multiple departments within ffcu that are bad with micromanagement, over the top punishment for simple things like having to call in sick, and favoritism.
