Location, I relocated back home to Texas in 2020. I have not found a company in Dallas that has the same employee centric culture of FFNM. I wish I was still there.

I was employed at First Financial as an armed security officer where a man came in and started harassing a little 10 year old girl insisting he take something from her she became scared and I intervened and because that man had money and he was important he called the president and had me fired because I intervened with the harassment that he was doing and I have it on lapel camera and now I'm unemployed looking for a new job but I'll find a good one.

I just couldn't believe that you can be fired for doing your job and that's what they told me when they let me go because that man called the president of the credit union he's a business owner and he has more pool than some security officer that they have working.
