The pros of this business are the progression, opportunity, atmosphere and the people. if you work hard in this business you will progress to each stage easily which means it is 100% progression within. You are always surrounded with hard working, positive people and the atmosphere is fast paced and exciting which makes you actually want to get up and go to work in the morning.

The main con to this business is the amount of commitment you have to put into it. Which could lead to making it more difficult to manage work and life balance however once you have progressed through the business it will make it all worth it. You also need to be willing to put a lot of hard work into this business.

Working at first face will rapidly teach you valuable skills in marketing, but also in work ethic and how to make the most out of your business. Everyone is friendly and actually wants you to succeed, there is no one you are competing with for a position, only yourself! There are social events every week and plenty of opportunity for travel too
