The product is cutting-edge technology for an industry highly susceptible to disruption, and the team is always at the forefront of handling any potential obstacles or capitalizing on opportunities for growth. First encourages employees to engage with business areas outside their typical workflow, allowing everyone to have an active role in the company's growth. The company strikes a great balance between providing exciting, motivating work and respecting employees' flexibility needs.
