Money good, everything else not - Incident Manager bei First Datacorp: Mitarbeiterbewertung

Pretty much everything else about this company was crappy, management of company seems to come out of US, which seemed disconnected from reality of needing work life balance, sleep, or even time to recover from illness.. Getting staff replaced for natural attrition, just didnt happen, training of systems and infrastructure was basically on the fly, and normally when it was on fire already.. The place pays well, the expectations placed on the staff for that money is crappy.
