Lots of opportunities to learn cross department functions. You can rotate through all the functions whenever a colleague resigns. The bank never fires anyone.

No promotion for local Singaporeans. All comfy positions reserved for Taiwanese. Low pay. Long working hours due to having to take over all the work of colleagues who resign. Management has zero knowledge on how to do anything as they leave in 1 or 2 years. No guidance. No expat wants to learn local Regulations as Singapore is just a stopover. When you do something wrong, even with Management's blessings, you get full blame. Management is faultless.
