Leadership increases production goals every year and if you’re business is service heavy towards existing clients, feels like a very far reach to hit their production standards without sacrificing servicing. Little to no support unless you hire and pay your own employees. Pays very low at the beginning and you end up not having enough to support your business by hiring employees.
