      From the moment I joined, I was encouraged to set ambitious goals and provided with the resources and support needed to achieve them. The company offers a variety of professional development programs, including mentorship, training sessions, and workshops, which have significantly enhanced my skills and knowledge.

      Benefits could be better, especially around the amount of PTO upon starting as it is accrued. It is nice that you are able to rollover PTO though!
