The company is a mess, the COO is an uneducated salesman freak who fires people based on who he dislikes or not, no clue what climate protection is, punishes people who ask for some order and structure to work better. The CEO is an arrogant, selfish jerk who doesn't even care who starts at his company or leaves, never says hello. Personnel fluctuation is enormous, never saw something like that.
