Supervisors will not allow you to take time off unless you give a months notice. They will not work to provide cover for your store. If you’re ever sick, you are expected to come in anyways. You’re only allowed 2 sick days each year. If you don’t use your vacation time; you lose it and they won’t pay you out. If you resign and attempt to give a 2 week notice; 9 times out of 10; they won’t allow you to finish out your notice and will terminate you instead. Regardless of how much you bend over backwards for them; they’ll screw you in the end.HR isn’t for you; they’ll always side with the supervisor
