You get a good real time education on all aspects of the retail and financial industries. Staff in the stores are usually friendly and willing to help. Fun atmosphere to work in and you build real bonds with your customers. Work is not real hard just kind of stressful during peak hours.
Kontras
Their boasts that they believe in developing the employees is a joke! Absolutely no room for advancement! Less than a dollar raise (in total) in over 5 years of service. Incentive bonuses have been "restructured" several times always meaning having to work harder for less. Hours are long and not much time for family, usually off about 730 and open 7 days a week. Long days are 11 hour days. Full time staff is kept under 40 hours a week.
