Pros
The hybrid work week is nice they allow you to do two days from home each week. Working w FCR teams in Vancouver, Toronto and Edmonton give a more rounded perspective on the current market and insight into other provincial regulations. Flexible hours - staff can choose start time that fits with their schedule as long as hours are met.
Kontras
The benefits aren’t great so you do end up paying out of pocket for basics like dental, prescriptions, eye exams etc. We could definitely all afford to do a few more days from home due to the minimal need for in-person networking, but everyone must be in office 3 days a week.
