1. Toxic colleagues 2. Manager making politics 3. They will ask for some personal adjustments, if you agree your career is stable if you disagree they will torture you until you are resigning 4. If you are in a position to make it to HR this manager will interfere and she will do her maximum to put you down. 5. work-life balance is just a dream here, you need to work day and night if you are not under someone's favourite list. 6. Workwise there is no learning curve and all you need to do is praising someone and laugh at their silly jokes then obey whatever these managers needs. 7. For getting the great place to work certificate also they are blackmailing employees to get it done, even manager will sit with you and check whatever options you are selecting. 8. This is just a toxic environment not at all a work place. 9. Requesting higher management to take this issue as seriously because we are not getting a space to talk about it. I struggled alot that's why I'm writing this, and all this happening especially in FAST team. 10. During my yearly review I got good review but I got zero percentage hike. 11. please hire some qualified managers, who is able to handle teams and having good knowledge. 12. My manager was a lady in FAST and she was asking me party for giving good hike, when I refused my name is her Blacklist and she started harrassment. 13. Putting makeup and coming office doesn't make anyone good at work and ask her to look outside rather than stating she is very good than everyone else. 14. please read this and analyse your managers otherwise your employees and gradually your company will go down.
