Laid back environment, equality-driven, great insurance benefits. Depending on your role, vacation can be flexible and schedules are flexible. Plus, it is the most delicious food in Oregon!

Poor management structure, if you work on the floor, scheduling is tight and not well thought over. A lot of misinformation is passed along.
