Abrupt Layoff Process: Team Leaders were asked to resign within an hour, without proper explanation or performance evaluation. Disregard for Institutional Knowledge: Management failed to recognize or leverage Sterling’s operational strengths and experienced leadership. Missed Opportunity for Collaboration: There was no effort to engage Sterling leaders in meaningful discussions during the restructuring phase.

Pros

Remote first company Once out of operations you really manage your own time.

Kontras

Excessive Workloads Poor choice in Team Leads Don’t get sick and if you do pray it doesn’t last longer than your FMLA 12 weeks because they will fire you! Even after 8 years of employment. Even when it is documented that they are responsible for the health issues caused by burnout!
