Pros
Decent comp plan with flexible dress and flexible hours. No micromanagement (outside of CS) but con is that there is very minimal leadership either.

This company came to fruition off a great idea but jumped the gun on "go to market" instead of taking things slow and first organizing the businesses, creating processes and developing a structure. For years now, they have continued to upgrade the tape that holds the bandaides in place. Problem: Lack of preparation, poor leadership and minimal resources. They don't have the tools, money, manpower or leaders to re-vamp the entire company which is really what it needs.
