Great coworkers keep folks coming to work. A great deal of pride and ownership of the platforms being developed and maintained. Flexibility of work in schedule.

Kontras

Simply working to facilitate movement of all development to India regardless of track record and performance of the receiving teams. Loss of 401(k) match, doubling of benefit expense, no incentive plan, Incredibly long hours, etc.

Pros

Remote first company Once out of operations you really manage your own time.

Kontras

Excessive Workloads Poor choice in Team Leads Don’t get sick and if you do pray it doesn’t last longer than your FMLA 12 weeks because they will fire you! Even after 8 years of employment. Even when it is documented that they are responsible for the health issues caused by burnout!
