Pros

The Salary is credited on time and there is no work pressure when compared to similar industry. They consider employees situation and do grant leaves for us during emergency. They have POSH this is to prevent any employees being physically, mentally or verbally abused by anyone in the company.

Kontras

IJP's here are rolled out and most of the time the best one is not able to get through the 1st round (though they are doing most of what the team lead does, Eg: creating reports, managing the queue, handling the team etc). They need to consider each employees ability, contribution, dedication and effort and push them to a next level rather than asking them to clear the IJP roundsof interview.

remote positions work life balance direct report supervisor easy to work with

Kontras

work can be repetitive some employees get away with doing bare minimum while others get additional assignments pay could be better
