Good start for a fresher. Some People are helpful. Extra Events are also conducted which is really good and help to reduce is stress

Kontras

Only A Start for a fresher, future here is not possible. Work Pressure. Almost daily Stretch backs. Appraisals are very low.

remote positions work life balance direct report supervisor easy to work with

work can be repetitive some employees get away with doing bare minimum while others get additional assignments pay could be better
