Senior leadership, including the Global Chief Product Officer, prioritizes ego over expertise. Product direction feels reactive and misaligned with ground realities. Culture rewards only “yes-yes” employees. Anyone who challenges or proposes new ideas is sidelined. Top talent is consistently let go or demotivated, not due to performance but due to leadership insecurity. Poor transparency in decision-making. Lack of respect for real contributors.

Pros

Remote first company Once out of operations you really manage your own time.

Kontras

Excessive Workloads Poor choice in Team Leads Don’t get sick and if you do pray it doesn’t last longer than your FMLA 12 weeks because they will fire you! Even after 8 years of employment. Even when it is documented that they are responsible for the health issues caused by burnout!
