Pros

pay is not that bad due to commission and they will SOME TIMES work with you if you need certain days off .

where do I begin ... here are a few : - 3 sick days PER YEAR - No company holiday parties only holiday lunches and 9/10 times it will be from the first cheap pizza place near by - NO ROOM TO GROW WITH THIS COMPANY even though they tell you there is when you are hired - you get a little "happy anniversary " card in the mail every year that you've been there with no significant writing in it not even a gift card - when they are feeling generous they will gift you a $25 gift card to Walmart as your Christmas bonus - some managers take themselves way too serious and will try to belittle you while others tell you what you want to hear then turn around and do the opposite...oh yeah almost forgot managers also like to make fun of employees with other employees about everything including their apparel and weight SO UNPROFESSIONAL!!! - there are always excuses of why they cant pay you the commission owed to you - there is favoritism FOR SURE

Pros

Small company = no bureaucracy and lots of flexibility. You work things out with your manager like adults. The people are friendly and professional. Work/life balance is important to everyone, including senior management.

Kontras

The small size of the company means that unless you're a customer service agent, there won't be many other people doing the same thing as you. This can limit opportunities for learning. You'll need to be self-motivated if you want to develop.

Decent people in the mixture Middle management has brain cells The product is fun to work on

Upper management/Chiefs don't have many brain cells Has a culture that believes you can never score a 5/5 Very niche product and hard to translate to other areas in the same field
