Horrible leadership, there is no process for anything. Everything is figure it out as you go which is normal for a start up but when you have upper management who aren't solution oriented, it is just chaos. You can feel the tension in the office and meetings when the company isn't hitting their quarterly goals, very apparent and awkward. Everything is what the board wants, absolutely no job security. Massive layoffs every 2 months. Don't come here, they fired everyone
