Free Food, Parties, Boat Cruise, Sales team travels around the country, so much other good stuff. -Culture, Companies always brag that they have this amazing company culture when the only thing that makes them different is that they take an extra day off one day a year, whereas FireFly puts such a large emphasis on the company culture in everything they do. They live the raving Fans principals (a good book to read, and if you work here you get a copy). You create a raving fan, by starting with your employees. Devo and Kari treat their employees better than anywhere I've ever worked. -Beer Friday. At 3:30 pm every Friday we have beer Friday. Social time to hang out and do the company culture thing I mentioned above. -Extensive Health Coverage and benefits. (see cons) -Devo and Kari are the best reasons to work at FireFly. They are the Owner and VP. They are super caring and treat their employees like family. -They listen to input and have multiple ways of submitting suggestions. We call this the 1% idea. - If you are interested in a department FireFly is very good at offering you the opportunity to try that role out to see if it fits you well. -Really good for entry-level candidates. Has higher starting pay than most places. -Lots of awesome entry-level options! -The rewards system, where you can earn extra money from winning contests that happens year-round. You can earn a very decent amount more money from this rewards system. -Lots of bonuses offered. Who doesn't like more money? -Senior management is awesome. We call them the executive team. Each one is super sharp and really good at what they do and how they treat people. -They offer a serving day, where they pay you to go serve in the community. I've never heard of this anywhere else. -You get what you put in, if you work really hard, it is well noticed here. -Updated/fancy breakrooms. -Future plans to add video games and other awesome things to breakrooms. -They offer you a day to go around the office and make work here better by whatever means you deem will accomplish that. -Employee involvement here is very high because we are treated great. -We are growing exceedingly fast. -We've won awards for being one of the top best places to work in Amerca years in a row. -We also have ranked on Inc 5000 for 4 years in a row. -All walks of life are welcome here at FireFly. -Maternity leave for Men and Women.

Every Company has something. -Super great & affordable benefits for a single person, very expensive for a family. -It can get cold in the office in the winter times. They allow you to use space heaters which makes it a nonissue. -We are growing so much the parking here is challenging to fit us all. -It can be hard to deal with sustainable growth.
