Pros

I've worked at the FPA for a number of years now, doing a number of different roles. I have always felt supported when juggling work/home commitments , listened to, respected and compensated fairly throughout my work journey here - even when I've had different managers. The company has recently seen some refreshing development within the senior team; the new team being very much focused on a leadership style of steering the ship, and building more of a collaborative, engaging and transparent work environment. Good workplace benefits - tea/coffee provided, great pension contributions, gym membership etc.
