Too much pressure. 5. Managers are from a different technology, and they lack knowledge of the technologies being used in the company. 6. Pathetic hygiene of the then IT office especially after weekends due to roaches. 7. No perks for working overtime, leave the office by midnight? You are still expected to arrive at the office by 9am the next day. 8. Instead of maintaining projects properly on existing technologies they want to expand more towards new technologies without doing a proper R&D on whether the implementation will be profitable or not. 9. WFH policy used to change every now and then purely on the mood of the managers. 10. Full and Final, Resignation Letter and other post-exit formalities were completely delayed.
